Aura Golf Shipping Policy

At Aura Golf, we work hard to deliver a premium experience from the moment you place your order. Every item is inspected, packed with care, and shipped as quickly as possible so you can focus on your game.

Processing Times

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

These timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Aura Golf is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout. If you need to update an address before your order ships, contact us immediately at theauragolf@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Aura Golf is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to our team within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can help.

Pre-orders

Pre-order timelines are estimates provided by our manufacturer. Production or transit delays may extend expected delivery dates. We will notify you via email or SMS if any major changes occur.
